BBC News – The beauty of scars: David Jay’s ‘honest’ portraits of imperfect beauty.

A very nice video with a voice over by David about his work on the SCAR Project, and the Unknown Soldier project. David explains his goals and perspective, and what he hopes his work accomplishes. Well worth a view.

  1. Dear Oliver,
My name is Rebecca Willcocks, I am based in London and I wondered if you might be interested in speaking with me in order to raise awareness of Breast Cancer in Men in the UK. I am a Counseling Psychologist and for my Doctoral thesis I am carrying out a piece of research by conducting interviews with men to hear their experiences of having Breast Cancer to understand a man’s perspective of having an illness that is typically considered by most to be ‘female-only’.
I would be delighted to speak to you. If you are interested and would like more information, please do contact me: willcocr@roehampton.ac.uk.
    Best Wishes.
    Rebecca Willcocks
